The Hunt for the Mayor of Smoochyville | 2015

It follows Martin and Smithy, two odd balls who set themselves on a very manly mission to retrieve the mayor, who flipped and went rogue, living a nude feral existence in the wild and terrorising the town folk. Inspired by the local newspaper, who offer a reward for his capture, the two creeps head out to bring him in, where he will face justice and most likely firm questioning. On the way they dine at the Mature Lobster, drink house beers such as The Big Iranian Grandma, talk about crisps, ogle coins and try to make their way through the dreaded Grot Alley. And will they find out just who is planting the ham sandwich and Acker Bilk tape on the doorsteps of Smoochyville?

Written by Chris Wade, the man behind the acclaimed music project Dodson and Fogg. His other surreal fiction has been narrated on audio by Rik Mayall, Nigel Planer and Charlie Chuck.
